What can I do if my order is damaged upon arrival?Updated 2 years ago

Please report any damages within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at [email protected].  We ask that you please submit photos of the problem (including images of the packaging), as this will help facilitate a quick resolution. Note that any damages incurred during shipping & handling must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery in order for them to be covered under warranty.
