How do I cancel my order?Updated a year ago

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will refund you in full. 

Twenty-four hours after placing an order, there will be a 15% production fee deducted from your refund as we've already started production.  

In the event that your item has already shipped, we will no longer be able to process a cancellation.
